ANTI AGEING!!

Yes you might think it's a little to early to think about wrinkles and dull skin right now when you only just reached 20.

At 20 something, your skin probably looks the best that it will in your life. You are past the teenage acne and oiliness but fine lines have yet to appear around your eyes, forehead and mouth. In other words, your skin is smooth and glowing.

Read somewhere that it isbest to start taking good care of your skin at it's "peak" period.

PREVENT PREVENT PREVENT!

The reason why i'm doing a lil research on it is because i spotted a few fine lines under my eye!! fml. cause i've been rubbing my eye vigorously. -.- will stop doing that!

So back to topic.. What do we have to do?

1. Wear sunblock. I repeat, wear sun block. Unfortunately, not all sun blocks are the same. In fact, some mainstream sunblocks will do nothing for you.

-it must block both UVA rays (the ones that age you) and UVB rays (the ones that burn you). But this is tricky, because even bottles that say they block both rays sometimes don't do so. They mostly block UVB rays, which means the UVA rays will still come through.

-Make sure the bottle you is a "broad spectrum" UVA/UVB blocker. Ingredients to look for are zinc oxide, titanium oxide, avobenzone, Mexoryl, or Helioplex.

-it must have an SPF of 15 or higher.
-wear it all the time.  Cover up at all times, and re-apply a few times a day if you're going to be outdoors a lot.

2. Hands off the face! Try not to let anything, whether it's your hands or rough towels, touch your face.

Whenever you rest your face on your hand, you're wrinkling your skin. If you rub towels over your face in rough fashion, you're wrinkling your skin. And when you sleep face down on a pillow, you're wrinkling your skin all night long.

3. Get some sleep. Lack of sleep is one of the #1 causes of premature aging, and not just for your skin. Aim for at least 7 hours, and ideally 8 or 9. "Beauty sleep" really is beauty sleep. So hit the sack.

***Drink lots of water. Water is good for every organ in your body, including your skin.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. They are filled with nothing but goodness, including the vitamins and nutrients your body (and skin) needs.

I think that exercising is important as well. At least swim and jog once a week!! to keep those flabs at bay. =D

Finished my ultra sheer liquid but i can't find them on the shelf anymore!! or did i bought it from drugstore? cant remember. Hurry go and get yours now!

START PREVENTING! You won't see the benefits now but you will in 10 years time!
