Jump!


Just got my skipping/jump rope from daiso this afternoon. It's so adorable it came with a counter!!
Gonna start skipping on days that i don't run. 
10 mins of skipping is equivalent to 30 mins of running. So i'll strive for 10 mins tomorrow. Hee.

Skincare 101

Not that i have perfect skin but i would like to share what works for me.
I know that i have more male readers here and you might think that this post has nothing to do with you. BUT YOU ARE WRONG!! Guys should really take care of their skin as well. Being a guy doesn't mean you can neglect your skin and go for a more dirty and ragged look   D:
Start taking care of them before it's too late!

#1 most important SOS when you have a important date the next day:
MASK!!

The masks that i've used haven't change a single bit for almost 2 years because they worked for me!
If you do not have much time to spend/ simple lazy(like me), go get a sheet mask. 
I highly recommend Beauty diary White pearl, Black pearl and Natto sheet mask. They gave me the instant gratification i needed and the best thing is you don't have to wash them off so you can knock out right away =) I'll be going to taiwan next month to stock them up yay!!

Wash off mask are great too and I vaguely remember writing about this before. My favorite favorite would be SKINFOOD RICE MASK!!


Pros: Hydrating, brightening and instant results. Your skin feels super soft after you rinse it off!
No cons.

They have really good reviews on Makeupalley as well. It is a must try!

#2 Tip - Always exfoliate


I never knew it was that important until i started to realize that my skincare products no longer work for me and i'm left with patchy yucky bad skin. No matter how good and expensive your product is, it can't be fully absorbed into your skin if you don't exfoliate them weekly. Those clogged pores and dead skin will block all the goodness from your product and that's why they never worked!
So get a good gentle exfoliator and get rid of all the gunks!
I love how my skin look so fresh and dewy each time i exfoliate.
But remember not to over do it. Just once or twice a week!

#3 Tip - DETOX!


Green tea is a must have for me every single day. Your diet could be the reason to oily skin and uneven skin tone. Therefore, it is important to get rid of all the toxics i order to glow from the inside. 
Benefits (just to name a few): Antioxidant, lowers your risk of cancer, reduces and prevents acne and slows down the aging process.

Replace all your carbonated drinks and bubble tea with green tea from today onwards.

Let's Workout!

Today is the second day of my intensive workout. Okay not really intensive but just more than what i usually do.

Here's what i did on Monday:
20 mins run (I really hate running and this is the best that i can give. lol!)
8 mins ABS workout (MOST CRUCIAL)
60 crunches (cause i feel the 8 mins at level 2 is not enough!)
1 set of Dips training for triceps
1 set of Lunges

This first day of training drained my energy the whole day. Haha. Guess my body wasn't used to it after eating and studying for a month.

Tuesday:
50 Jumping jacks (cause i haven't bought my skipping rope!)
8 Mins ABS
Planking while watching running man.

Less intensive to let my muscles rest a little.
Tomorrow will be a running day again.
But i have dance rehearsal at night so it'll be slightly less taxing on my body.

The purpose of my workout is NOT to lose weight. Just in case you have the idea of me obsessing over being skinny. I just wanna improve my dance stamina. I'm eating 6 meals a day so that i can replenish all those calories i've lost.

So everyone, whether you want to shed some pounds or be healthier, let's all start our regime!

It's Mothers' day today. My mum was out playing mahjong all afternoon! So i was stuck at home diligently working on small projects in my room.
Painted my mirror just now. Gonna transform it into a full length mirror. And i still have many more makeover to do. Super exhausted!

First heard it in Popular bookstore while i was browsing through books and it definitely caught my ear. Pretty pretty voice =)

IT IS OVER!!


So you know, exams are finally over! Even though i definitely did badly for the last paper, just let me unwind for a while! It was a really tough battle this month. I really wonder why did i give myself so much stress. So all i'm gonna do now is to be a bum!!! Even though i'm still working =)

I'm gonna change my lifestyle. Need to increase my dance stamina which has dropped by a 150% for not dancing for a month. Sigh...
I'm gonna start running/swimming/skipping/gym-ing every morning. I am determine to do this almost everyday for at least a month and measure the results =)
Gonna start eating 6 meals a day too to gain some weight. Hee. Healthy meals of course.
And i need to get in touch with the cyber world and my storybooks, magazines and dramas =D

I'll definitely update this space more frequently so hope by when you are free!
