Gratitude

Haven't blog a real post with pictures in a long while.
I kinda miss this place.

Life has been really really good to me lately.
I'm not sure if it's because i've been practicing gratitude very often. I know many of you might not believe in it, but i do :)

It also turned me into a better person. Less frustrated and slightly better temper ^^.

Gonna join Super24 with my favourite group of dancers YAY!! Prolly the last alrdy.
Getting too old for dance. haha!

Basically loving my life so much right now but i'll strive even harder to get the things i want.

ABSSSS!!!



Hello peeps! Just sharing with you this Ultimate 6 pack exercise that i've just started trying today. I almost died. In fact, i couldn't do the 4 sets of 25 that he mentioned. Did a 50 straight for each exercise.

But it's enough!
Can't wait to get super sexy abs seriously. Please please come to me....
I'll be alternating this workout with the 8 mins abs work out lvl 2 + 4 mins planking to see if there's any results =)

Health and Fitness

I rarely got to touch my macbook these days. Work was manageable but i guess my body was not used to lasting the whole day without naps. haha!

After some online influence, I'm gonna start working out to tone my body. Noticed a little tummy coming out NUUUUUU!!! I'll also be watching my diet from now on. More veg even though i hated them, and less rice (my favourite). Don't get me wrong i'm not trying to lose weight. Just need to start toning up and eat healthier =)


Everyone should start too! Especially you're more towards the meaty side. Start doing something and stop complaining about your looks!

I have a board on pinterest that might keep you motivated =) some hot bods and exercises you could do. They are mostly on abs though, cause that's where i wanna tone.
