Health and Fitness

I rarely got to touch my macbook these days. Work was manageable but i guess my body was not used to lasting the whole day without naps. haha!

After some online influence, I'm gonna start working out to tone my body. Noticed a little tummy coming out NUUUUUU!!! I'll also be watching my diet from now on. More veg even though i hated them, and less rice (my favourite). Don't get me wrong i'm not trying to lose weight. Just need to start toning up and eat healthier =)


Everyone should start too! Especially you're more towards the meaty side. Start doing something and stop complaining about your looks!

I have a board on pinterest that might keep you motivated =) some hot bods and exercises you could do. They are mostly on abs though, cause that's where i wanna tone.
