Hello peeps! Just sharing with you this Ultimate 6 pack exercise that i've just started trying today. I almost died. In fact, i couldn't do the 4 sets of 25 that he mentioned. Did a 50 straight for each exercise.
But it's enough!
Can't wait to get super sexy abs seriously. Please please come to me....
I'll be alternating this workout with the 8 mins abs work out lvl 2 + 4 mins planking to see if there's any results =)
